国立 名古屋工業大学 工学部 物理工学（旧：計測工学科）卒
電機、半導体製造装置メーカー、外資コンピュータにて製造、金融・通信・流通業界など幅広く経験後、米国ベンチャー立ち上げ、日本法人代表を歴任。又、経済産業省地域産業審議官として産学官連携の新規事業審査、ベンチャー予備軍への創業支援アドバイザー等も経験。その後技術市場リサーチ会社を設立し。メーカーを対象とした新規事業企画、研究開発部門に対し技術マーケティング分野リサーチコンサルティング事業に従事。

Mr. Matsuura brings exceptional vision and more than 23 years of well-honed experience in all phases of management to Tokyo Innovation & Technology Corporation. He has sales and marketing experience throughout the Asian marketplace, and extensive business development, sales and marketing experience in his home country of Japan. Mr. Matsuura operates from Tokyo, Japan and provides management of Japan projects.
Prior to forming Tokyo Innovation & Technology Corporation in 2003, Matsuura served as VP, Japan representative of the Tripwire Japan K.K. subsidiary of Tripwire Inc. US. During this time he established a network of 7 distributor/reselleres in a very brief time frame and firmly established the product name and brand identity in the Japanese market.
As a member of the team at Matsushita Panasonic Company, he was business development director of security projects. Planned Japanese strategy and promotion campaign established his product group as the top sales distributor in Japan.
He successfully established the distribution plan and project for Hewlett-Packard computer distribution to all the Panasonic group companies in Japan.
And representing Matsushita Electric’s Asia business development effort, he developed and directed their Hewlett Packard distribution programs into Malaysia, Singapore, as well as in Thailand.
